Since its inauguration in 1981 in a majestic Beaux-Arts style building, this institution has undergone a remarkable transformation. This renovation was proudly led by Groupe SOMR. With the support of Montel’s cutting-edge solutions, the library’s area has tripled in size. This project marked a decisive chapter in the library’s history and was a source of great pride and satisfaction for our team.

Bold expansion for a space filled with light
The expansion of the Maisonneuve Library reflects a particular ambition. It is embodied by the addition of two modern glass wings, creating a space where light and knowledge intertwine harmoniously. This extension not only increased the available space but also introduced an environment conducive to immersion in reading and discovery, materializing our passion for innovation and user comfort.
