Heritage projects: Les Trésors de l’Archevêché de Sherbrooke The Centre d’archives Mgr-Antoine-Racine preserves and makes accessible the archival heritage testifying to the religious history of the archdiocese, parishes and religious communities, as well as the people who have left their mark on it (textual documents, photographs, maps, plans and sketches, sound and audiovisual documents). The project at the Centre d’archives Mgr-Antoine-Racine involved the installation of a customized storage solution using Montel’s SafeRack system. This innovative installation contributes to the preservation and accessibility of a rich archival heritage, reflecting the religious history and heritage of the archdiocese, parishes, religious communities and associated key figures. We have designed the facility to ensure optimum protection of a wide range of documents, from texts to audiovisual recordings, guaranteeing their integrity for future generations.
