Leadership Change at Prisma
The website is not the only change Prisma has undergone in recent months. Prisma Storage Solutions Inc. now has new owners. Indeed, in last July, Mr. Luc Jarry and Ms. Sandy Hamilton took the helm of the company.
A member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants, Mr. Jarry has held several positions as vice-president and/or general manager. He has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
As for Ms. Hamilton, she was and still is the Director of Finance and Administration for the past seven years at Prisma Storage Solutions. Her versatility and open-mindedness make her an essential support in this time of organizational change.
Partners in life, the two new owners will rise to the challenge of growing this great company by relying on loyal employees who share the same passion for teamwork. It is this passion that will drive Prisma Storage Solutions towards achieving its goals.
Brief History
Prisma Storage Solutions was founded in March 2000, initially under the name Prisma Concept Inc., by two partners, Ms. Line Valade and Mr. Benoît Clairoux.
From the outset, Prisma became the Montel distributor for the greater Montreal area and became a key player in the bookshelf storage and rail-based storage systems sector in business and finance.
In 2008, Ms. Valade took full control of the company and renamed it to its current name, Prisma Storage Solutions.
However, in November 2011, the company’s sales director, Mr. André Cavanagh, acquired Prisma Storage Solutions as the sole shareholder. Following an opportunity in another field, Mr. Cavanagh decided to sell the company in 2018 to Mr. Luc Jarry and Ms. Sandy Hamilton but remained as a consultant to the company.
